My career began in corporate leadership and operations, working with global brands and hyper-growth companies including Joey Restaurant Group and Kit and Ace.
I built my reputation on designing strategies that not only hit targets but transform how organizations operate and lead.
I went on to found a leadership development consultancy that helped managers and executives inside of companies like step into their next level of influence and effectiveness — work that shaped the direction of some of the most recognizable brands in the market like, Aritzia, Pan Pacific Hotels, Daiya, and Vega.
