For nearly two decades, my work has had one through line: helping organizations and the people leading them turn what they're exceptional at into something that scales.

My career began inside some of North America's most recognized brands — Joey Restaurant Group and Kit and Ace — where I designed their leadership development programs from the ground up, trained thousands of leaders across the continent, and led new store openings with the mandate of building leadership teams that could deliver on the highest organizational standards from day one. That work earned an international PRISM Award from the ICF — a global recognition for organizations demonstrating excellence in coaching culture.

That work led me to found a leadership development consultancy focused on a specific problem: brilliant executives and managers who couldn't transfer what made them exceptional to the teams and organizations around them. The methodology I developed to solve that problem shaped the direction of brands like Aritzia, Pan Pacific Hotels, Daiya, and Vega.

What I learned across all of it is that the most expensive thing a business can have is expertise that only lives in one person's head. It caps growth, creates dependency, and eventually becomes the ceiling the whole organization bumps against — whether that person is a senior leader, a founder, or the expert the entire business is built around.

Today I work with coaches, consultants, and founders who are ready to solve that problem at their level — extracting what they know, structuring it into IP that's teachable and repeatable, and building the kind of methodology that delivers results whether they're in the room or not.
